Why try yin?
Our classes are held with the soothing ocean as our backdrop, set amoungst the palm trees. We are in Mission Beach after all!
Yin is all about bringing greater balance to our busy lifestyles.
Our Yin practice demands stillness. Stillness of the body and mind. When our body comes into stillness the mind naturally follows, aided with the breath. We sit in observation of our thoughts, our emotions, and learn how to be non reactive.
Its a journey into our deep inner selves, finding our restriction, resistance and releasing all that no longer serves our highest good. This naturally increases our range of motion.
In each pose, variations are offered, whether your're a beginner though to an experienced yogi.

Conscious Rest Classes $20/person or 1/1 session $70
These classes are designed to reset the nervous system and release habitual tension and patterns that have built up over the course of your life . Classes are most beneficial for people with nervous system dysfunction and disorders
