With over 14 years of experience in the Massage and Day Spa industry, my treatments are a seamless fusion of Remedial Massage and Kahuna Bodywork — weaving together technical precision with intuitive flow.
I have trained extensively in Kahuna principles for more than four years, both in Australia and overseas, deepening my understanding of the body as a sacred vessel for healing and transformation.
Over time, my curiosity for holistic wellness has guided me to study a wide range of modalities including Aromatherapy, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Crystal Therapy.
My greatest gift lies in working intuitively into the subtle bodies — sensing where energy is stagnant and gently facilitating its return to harmony. Each treatment is a dialogue between body, mind, and spirit, supporting the release of blockages and the restoration of balance on all levels.
Alongside bodywork, I have been devoted to yoga for more than two decades. I am a qualified Level 1 Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga & Kundalini Meditation Teacher, and hold a specialty in Teen Yoga. I’m also a certified Breathwork Facilitator, blending these sacred practices to guide others into deeper connection with their inner landscape.
My deepest passion is spiritual development. Through my Holistic Mentoring sessions and packages, I offer one-on-one support to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your essence, and live with greater awareness, purpose, and harmony.
I have dedicated the past 20 years to natural living, conscious healing, and the exploration of expanded states of awareness. I’m endlessly inspired by the mystical, cosmological and etherical forces which are all threads that weave through my life and work.
It is my soul’s purpose to share light and expanded consciousness with others, so they may be inspired to bring change and transformation in their own lives.
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
