 Through a tapestry of modalities including Therapeutic Massage, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, Reiki, Breathwork, and Kundalini Meditation — I guide you into deeper states of release, renewal, and reconnection with your true self.

Your individual treatment session is consciously crafted with intention and purpose. Through rhythmic movement, gentle leverage, and deep presence, I invite your body to:

     Release fascial tension and stagnation 

     Open energetic pathways and restore natural flow

At Sanctum, the goal is to allow space for you to safely return home to yourself. I provide a grounded and nurturing space where your body can soften, your spirit can rise, and your soul can remember its wholeness. 

Alongside individual treatments, I also hold Women's Retreats, Girls Weekends, Blessingway Ceremonies and Embodiment Coaching for those ready to step more deeply into their power, authenticity and healing journey. Whether you seek rest, renewal, awakening or activating, you are welcome here.
